Kaminari is a small waterfront town located at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor with breathtaking views of the fjord. There is a small ferry-boat which crosses from Kamenari to the oppisite side of the bay, which gives access to the beaches of the Adriatic and the Lustica Peninsular. Its 15 minutes from Tivat airport and half an hour from Dubrovnik airport. There are several small shops and markets in Kamenari and one of Montenegro's finest restaurants in nearby Morinj. It is approximately twenty-five minutes from the historic walled town of Kotor.

The development will comprise 8 one bedroom apartments and 2 bed/ two bedroom apartments. It will be set in landscaped gardens with a swimming pool and sunbathing terrace. All of the apartments have unobstructed views of the water and astondingly beautiful bay. The distance from the water is 150 meters, about 3 minutes walk.
